3Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
4Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

8Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail.Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive.
10An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing. (a)30 mm thick plain PVC door shutters.
11Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
12Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
13Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

15Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:
16(a) One or more coats on old work.
17Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

19Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets / aluminium beading:
20(a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm).
21Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

56Repairs to PVC / wooden shutter by removing from frame refixing the joints or tightening the same usink L clamps or as the case may be including refixing with necessary screws and repleacement of hinges as needed all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge
57Repairs to existing urinal channel about 1.8 to 2.0 meter longby dismanteling the existing covering, making smooth slope with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and finishing with necessary matching glazed tiles in the channels and over the finished area all complete as directed by the engineer incharge ( cost of glazed tiles fixed will be paid in the relevent head)
58Grinding and polishing of marble stone flooring and skirting with mechanical grinding machine and hand held machine using grinding stone of different sizes where ever required to give clean and smooth finish complete.
59Repairs to door frameby removing the damaged / rotten portion at bottom @ 300-450 mm of the wood and replacing the removed portion with new wood by making proper joint and fixing the new portionrigidly to the door opening using necessary dashfastners / nails or screw as the case may be and finishing the damaged plaster with new plaster & putty all complete to make the frame usable and look good as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
60Cleaning of existing glazed tile dado in toilet, urinal and wash basin area using tile scrubber and tile cleaning chemical including removal of all stains and pointing with white cement as the case mey be all compete as directed by the engineer incharge complete.
61Clearing the debris stacked in the slab/ balcony in shaft of area about 5x3 = 15 sqm by disposing the debris and broken glass to any muncipal dump and stacking the useable material at any designated place at ground floor or at terrace of bhawan building all complete.
