The bus bar shall be provide with sufficient holes for distribution of LT supply to 8 houses single phase and making necessary distributions with the help of thimbles etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

24	S&F PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 4.00 sqmm twin core round FR copper conductor industrial cable, 1100 Volt grade, conforming to IS 694 and making necessary connections from Junction box to street light by using suitable size of aluminium thimbles/terminal etc and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.
25	Supply and fix Gate light controller nature switch of 3 phase 8 KW (Swadeep-66-8KW 3P) with contactor, Incoming MCB & Outgoing MCB rating of 32 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min size 10 Sqmm. The Automatic street light control switch using Infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is =30 Lux and for switching OFF =10 Lux.The sensor should also have part night operation facility of minimum 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor alongwith suitable power contactor(s) and incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole /wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric shock proof, Terminate proof and FR grade IP66 protection class 2 Enclosure made of thermoplastic polycorbonate and protected against weather influences. The circuit should have provision for manual operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option). Make of panel consisting of (i)Nature switch - Healer (ii) Contactors - BCH(iii) MCBs - Hager (iv) Enclosure - Hensel, (v) Circuit wiring - Polycab. 26	Taking down carefully copper / aluminum concealed flame proof point wiring (Light/Fan/Socket/power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings, sunk box, steel terminal box, laminated sheet with all accessories etc. and making good finish of the disturbed surfaces of walls in line with existing wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.
27	Material and labour for 304 grade Stainless steel sheet having thickness 3mm for replacing laminated sheet cover wherever required complete with nut, bolt and washers and complete all as directed and specified by Engineer in Charge.
28	Material & Labour for fixing spot light bracketmade out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore approx length not less than 190 cm at a distance of 1 foot from the wall (for fixing of spot lights) including new clamps on both ends of the wall, made out of MS flat of size 30x5mm thick including cutting, welding, drilling holes, nut bolts,washer, etc including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work and complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

35	S&F sheet metal enclosure 2 way single door IP-43 with complete including one single pole & neutral MCB 6A 10 KA C series, fixed flush into walls and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
36	Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections 4 sqmm multi stranded, complete all as specified and directed.
37	M&L for conducting of energy audit of complete electrical system of all assets all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Energy audit company must be registered with BEE. (ii) The audit must be as per ISO 50002:2014. (iii) The transformer/VCB/Motor/Pump Set/DG/Stabilizer/Isolation transformer/Cables/OH Conductors/LT/HT Panels or any other devices/Panels/equipment shall be analysed/audited catering all the Pump houses and power houses. (iv) All the machine/devices/tools/equipment required the rates are included in schedule rates. (v) Energy audit reports must contain energy consumption/balance and energy efficiency and shall be submitted to GE (AF) Bihta
38	Supply and install air conditioner, vertical pack type units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, twin rotary compressor, single phase units 220V - 240V, 50 Hz of capacity 2.5 TR, with noise supression technology and time temperature display, minimum 3 star rated with all inbuilt and connected accessories provided by company in box, with inverter technology and 100% copper coil, complete all as specified and directed.
39	S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmm as current carrying conductor and as neutral cable, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with stranded accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed . Notes: (a) Two runs of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. (b) Cost of cutting chases in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rate.
