21	Providing and constructing Semi Glazed Partition consisting of Opaque Partition up to 1200mm from FFL, Glass Partition above that up to 2400mm from FFL and again Opaque Partition right up to the false ceiling consisting of the following. Rate to also include necessary gaskets at all edges of glass. Rate to be inclusive of installation of Safety film on glass at factory and removal of the film at time of handover. All measurements to be confirmed at site before execution. MODE OF MEASUREMENT TO BE PARTITION UP TO FALSE CEILING. Forsted Film on Glass to be Paid seperately.
22	Providing and fixing Wooden Batten of Size 50mm x 50mm Thermally treated wooden battens of required length to be fixed on the framework as directed.with necessary support from floor and ceiling level. All exposed surfaces of wood to be finished in melamine polish. Rate also to include applying one coat of fire retardant paint of approved make as per manufacturer"s specifications on wooden framework.
23	Providing and fixing Smile board panelling with Aluminium framework of Size 50mm x 38mm section as per detail drgs. Smile Board of required size to be fixed on the 19mm thick 710grade ply on framework as directed. Rate also to include all necessary hardwares required for fixing arrangement as per manufacturer"s specifications. MODE OF MEASUREMENT SHALL BE ELEVATIONAL AREA.
24	Providing and fixing Readymade Magnetic white board with metal beading all round of approved make of size as specified in the drawings. The rate to include chalk trays in MS powder coated as per approved sample etc. complete.
25	Providing and constructing low height storage of width 600mm and size as per drawings, with top, sides made up in 18 mm thick Pre-Polished Granite Stone stuck on 19mm thick commercial ply and bottom and intermediates in 19mm thick commercial ply, back in 8mm thick commercial ply, shutter in 19mm thick MDF with post formed edges. All external surfaces to be finished in approved laminate, with balancing laminate on the interior surface. Rate to include hardware such as approved locks, auto closing hinges for shutters, approved handles, door stop, tower bolt, etc. complete.
26	Providing and fixing 600mm wide Counter with top finished in minimum 18mm thick approved shade and sample pre-polished granite slab stuck on 19mm thick marine 710 grade ply of approved make, ply shall be properly anchored and grouted into walls. Complete as per detail drgs. All exposed surfaces of platform to be finished in same granite slab. Necessary cut-outs for sink to be provided and all cutouts, exposed edges to be half round bull nosed / chamfered with mirror polished. Cost to also include making necessary cut-outs for taking pipes through counter top
27	Providing and fixing Aluminum powder coated section of size 20x20mm and profile as per drawings for sides and top of partitiion. The thickness of the section to be 2mm. The channel to be kept ready to take on Glass. The powder coating to be at least 50 microns..
28	Providing and fixing Beachwood beading of size and profile as per drawings finished in approved melamine polish with/without architrave as shown in the drawings.
29	Providing and fixing 12mm thick clear toughened glass of approved make fixed on to the existing Channel sections as per drgs. Joints between Glass to be filled with clear acoustic sealant of approved make. Rate to also include necessary gaskets at all edges of glass. Rate to be inclusive of installation of Safety film on glass at factory and removal of the film at time of handover.
30	Providing and fixing wooden ceiling with framework in 50mm x 35mm approved seasoned hardwood section @ 600mm c/c both ways suspended from RCC slab. Panels consisting of 12mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved shade and sample as per drawings. Top of the panel to be treated with anti-termite treatment and finished with 1 coat of approved colour polish. Rate to be inclusive of all kinds of profiles and cut outs required for light fixtures, Speakers, Smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in the ceiling. Trap doors as per detailed drawings in laminate finish to be included in the rate. Rate also to include applying one coat of fire retardant paint of approved make as per manufacturer"s specifications on wooden framework. Plan area to be considered for measurement, verticals will not be paid separately.
