The contractor will arrange to clean all the grills/ducts/filters on regular basis with vaccurn cleaner & other appliances and record to be maintained. If complaints were not attended within six hours the following penalties will be imposed and deducted from payments. :- (i)Rs. 200/- for not attending the complaint and keeping pending from six hours to 12 Hour/per complaint. (ii)Rs. 500/- per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping pending 12 hours to 24 hours/per day. |
