(700KW) Scope of Work- Vendor 1. Spare motor safely shifting from storage location to actual job location must be in scope of vendor. 2. All Tools & Tackles, chain pulley, lifting slings, belts, D-shackles will be under vendor Scope. 3. AM/NS shall provide standard major shifting mechanisms like crane and dumper 4. AM/NS will arrange shutdown for equipment’s as per production plan and will inform to Vendor one day prior to job execution 5. Motor mounting and alignment activity will be in vendor’s scope. Vendors should ensure mill-wright fitter availability during job. 6. Necessary rectification Job if any to be carried out after Motor trial is in vendor Scope 7. All tools and tackles removal after job completion in vendor Scope 8. Shifting of removed motor from job location to storage location in scope of vendor. 9. All Safety & HSE compliance in Vendor Scope 10. Supervision of job 11. Motor coupling and spacer insertion and removal will be in vendor scope 12. All Welding, cutting set, consumables under vendors scope Safety requirement: 13. Supplied Manpower should be skilled, have certified work at height card & medically fit as per Safety norms. (Fitness Certificate, Ear & Eye Test Certificate, color Blindness Test, HSE & F Induction Training, Job specific safety Training, W@H training etc.) 14. Vendor shall provide all required PPEs. (Jacket, Hand gloves, safety shoes, dusk mask, googles, helmet, Welding Helmet, Safety Harness & leather hand gloves as per requirement duly approved by our HSE) Legal requirements: 1. Vendor shall ensure that all his associates deploy for job are as per AM/NS Contractor Associates Competency Matrix. 2. Vendor shall ensure that all the tools and tackles deployed are certified by a competent authority for use in the factory. Such a certificate should be duly valid at all points in time. 3.
