30	Supply & Top up of transformer oil upto conservator level marking with new oil as per IS 335 having dielectric strength not less than 40 KVA at 2.5 mm gap.
31	M&L for replacement of HT 11 KV bushing with brass terminal neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete all as specified and directed .
32	M&L for replacement of LT 1100 Volts bushing with brass terminal neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
33	M&L for replacement of unserviceable breather asembly with silica gel of transformer 11/0.433KV of capacityupto 400 Kva complete all as specified and directed .
34	Disconnecting HT/LT sides of defecctive transformer indoor/outdoor installed on 2/4 pole structrure/PCC foundation of any capacity upto 400 KVA and including draining of transformer oil,opening of top cover and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley carefully and inspection and ascertain its serviceability state after keeping it aside. Removal of all sludge and unwanted material from tank and core,lowering of core assembly after carrying out required reapirs to the winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note- the following items will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of the BOQ- (i) IF the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken taken to the workshop.
