3Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and crosssections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5
4SUB-HEAD:- EARTHEN SHOULDER Constrution of embankment and sub-graded earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead , transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compact to meet requirement of tables also loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, sacrified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300.1 and 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.4.1
5Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 6WBM3 FOR BASE COURSE ( 75 mm thick):- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the intersices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(a)By Manual means.
7Prime coat. Providing andapplyingofprime coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base i/c clearing of base surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 1.2 - 1.5 kg per sqm. using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 (high porosity).
