(c) Best in class fuel economy with Inline fuel pump with A1 class mechanical governing, Spin on fuel filter. (d) Standard integral set-mounted radiator system , designed and tested for 50 degree Celciusambient temperature. (e) Full flow spin on lube oil filter. (f) First fill of lube oil and coolant. (g) Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature. (h) Battery charging alternator. (j) 1x12 V DC Battery.
3Alternator:- (a) UC22 alternator frames fromGenerator Technologies & Equivalent (b) Brushes type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1. ??(c) 3 Phase reconnectable winding with 12 terminals brought out for connection. (d)? Dedicated winding specially designed for 1 phase operation.?? (e) Better motor starting capability. ?? (f) Best in class efficiency. (g)? Compact design with sealed bearings for longer life and lesser maintenance. (h)?? Impregnation on all wound components for better mechanical strength.
4Control Panel:- Control panel is manufactured with16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish. The control panel consists of the following parts: ?? (a) PS0500 Controller. (b)?? Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacityincoming/ outgoing terminals. (c) Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’. (d)?? Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (e)?? MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. PS0500 Features PowerStart PS0500 control is a microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. This control includes an intuitive operator interface that allows for complete generator setcontrol as well as system metering, fault annunciation, configuration and diagnostics. ??(f) Intuitive operator interface which includes LED backlit LCD display with tactile feel soft-switches & generator set status LED lamps. (g) Remote Start-Stop. (h)?? Engine Metering: Oil pressure, Engine temperature, Starting battery voltage, Engine running hours. (j) ?AC Alternator Metering: L-L Voltage and L-N Voltage, Current (phase and total), kVA (phase and total) and Frequency. (k)?? Engine Protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low Coolant temperature, Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to Crank/ Start, Sensor failure, Cranking lockout, Low fuel level. (l) AC Alternator Protection: Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Loss of AC sensing.
5Silencer:- Critical grade silencer suitably optimised to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB4+
6M&L for earthingwith galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.
7Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes,1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 50sqmm, 3.5core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc and testing on completion complete all as directed.
8Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes,1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 70sqmm, 3.5 core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc and testing on completion complete all as directed.
9Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable, GI strip etc including forming bottom surfaces required as per site conditions orfor shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sq metre in plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
10Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.
11Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
12Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for the payment purpose.)
13Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover ,Class LV, Type - I,flat,size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
14S&F On load Manaul change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed..
15Supply, Installation, testingand Commissioning CPRI APPROVED factoryfabricated, out door type, LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX of size not less then 2 m width X 1 m heigth X 0.5 m depth,made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheetwith projected Globe roof for rain water protection, Dust and Vermin Proof ,Double door withboth side opening including Neoprene Rubber Gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System, including Danger Plate, Earthing Strip Point and Ventilation Louvers at Rear Side, Bottom detachable Gland Plate complete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and embeddedwith 50X50X6mm Mild Steel Angle Iron Frame and 750 mm above the Normal Ground Level complete withinternal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands,PCC Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and Testing after Installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :–

22Surface excavation n.exc30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out insoft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.
23M&L for forming embankments in soils including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, camber etc n.exc 1.5mtr high from base complete all as specified and as directed.( Notes : (i) Earth obtained from excavation(as approved by GE) shall be used for forming embankments.(ii) Compaction of earth filling shall be carried out at OMC and degree of compaction at OMC shall not be less than 95%.)

27M&L for machine pressed precast concreteInterlocking paver block, glossy finish, in grey cement with pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006, 80mm thick, M-35 Grade of concrete , of size, shape, colour and pattern asapproved by GE,laid over and including 50 mm thick sand complete all as specified and directed.
28Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and directed..

41Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290, (Gde E165)complete all as specified and directed.
