| 2 | 1. The percentage break-up of the rate quoted against item under S. No. I of price schedule shall be as per Table 2. In case of deletion of any building/ facility/ utility from Table 2 during contract, then the awarded rate under S. No. I of Table 1 – Price Schedule, shall be reduced by the percentage mentioned against the respective building/ facility/ utility in Table 2 and accordingly payment shall be made. No compensation shall be admissible to the bidder due to reduction in scope. The amount payable for part work during detailed engineering stage for Individual building/ facility/ utility shall be as per Table-3 . 2. Site visit/outstation Unit arrangements including Boarding /lodging beyond quantities mentioned in Table-1 shall be provided by BHEL as per entitlement of DGM in BHELsubject to prior approval by Head of project Site, Varanasi. |
