Optional Items: High-Temperature In-situ phase transition study for powder samples:The XRD systems must be quoted with temperature accessories with temperature ranges from room temperature to 1200 ºC or higher using direct heating, including a temperature controller, sample holder, software-controlled automated sample height alignment stage, vacuum pump, vacuum measuring device, and all other mandatory accessories. The temperature stage must be able to operate in air, inert gas, and vacuum. The temperature chamber should be equipped with an X-ray entrance/exit window covering from 0°(2Theta) to +180°(2Theta)

The temperature stage must be able to operate in air, inert gas. Liquid nitrogen atmosphere and vacuum.
