One Branded Laser Jet Black and White printer. Warranty:  One-year Standard warranty  Two years Extended warranty after expiry of the above standard warranty. The extended warranty charges should be quoted separately with each year price breakup in the financial bid.  AMC charges should be quoted for seven years with preventive maintenance kits on annual renewal basis after expiry of both standard and extended warranties. The AMC charges should not be included in the main quote, but quoted separately in the financial bid.  Two routine visits and one preventive maintenance kit visit during the AMC period and breakdown visits, as and when required per annum. The price should not be included in the main quote, but quoted separately in the price bid.  One non-polar HP5 or equivalent 30m X .0.25mm X 0.25um GC columns  One non-polar HP5 or equivalent 50m or more X .0.25mm X 0.25um GC columns  500 numbers 2mL autosampler vials, caps and septa.  5 numbers autosample syringes 10ul and 5 numbers 1uL manual syringes  50 numbers each of ferrules, column nuts, split and splitless liners  Septa 100 numbers  O-rings 50 numbers for injector liner OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS  One unit with all accessories to be supplied at CSIR-CIMAP Lucknow and another unit with all accessories to be supplied at CSIR-CIMAP Research Centre, Hyderabad.  Supplier should quote their latest models of the GC system and it should be available for demonstration, if required.  The manufacturer/supplier should provide Service Support at Lucknow and Hyderabad to avoid delay in troubleshooting/servicing.  Training should be provided for GC software, operation and maintenance of the instrument at our site.  The manufacturer/ supplier should provide list of GC-FIDs supplied to the government funded academic/research institutes/PSU/ etc for the last three years along with purchase orders/installation reports.  Vendor should give undertaking for the supply of spares for at least 10 years from the date of installation  Quotations may be submitted along with original specifications catalogue and marked brochures in support of the asked GC specifications. A compliance chart should be enclosed for all the specifications.
