1	Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust with mechanical equipment and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc by using pressure air ,cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed bituminous macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.
2	Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and n. exc 50 mm deep and removal from site , complete all as specified and directed.
3	Material and Labour for preparing Unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on unsurfaced WBM using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.
4	Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using with 4% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 1.5 % cement filler, mixed in hot mixed plant and laid by using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
5	Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical equipment, to remove all loose dirt etc. completeall as specified ans directed.
6	Material and labour forapplying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade (VG-10) on blacktop surface using mechanical sprayer and providing premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 2 % cement filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient , using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified ans directed. Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler.
7	Material and labour for painting lines,dashes,arrows etc. by applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic road marking compound of white/yellow of approved make and shade for road marking, not exc. 10cm width on new/ old surfaces bituminous roads/ pavements or on cement concrete surfaces using HOT PROCEESSOR PLANT complete all as specified ans directed as per manufacturer"s instructions.
8	Supply and fix delineators made out of MS pipe 75mm dia with powder coating /stove enamel paint, 120 cm long with 3 Nos 100mm wide prismatic/reflective light material crystal lattice sheeting colour coding as approved and provided with reinforced mesh and including cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in foundation fillingcomplete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Dark eye, 3 M , Ace Polymers (India) or techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE.
9	Supply and fix in repairs solar road stud of size 125 mm X 125 mm X 20 mm aluminium alloy & polycarbonate stud (Red/ yellow LEDs) 3 x 3 LEDs with shank in tough aluminium diecast body with stem complete all as per MORTH / IRC specification and manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark eye or techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE.
10	Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified and as directed.
11	Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub bases / pavings complete all as specified and as directed.
12	Material and labour for sand filling under flooring/ pavement, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.
13	Material & Labour for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking tiles (paver block) any shape, colour and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick by using M-35 grade concrete with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top finished over sand dust cushion of 30mm thick , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand cushion will be measured and paid seperately.
14	Material and Labour for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings. plinth courses including necessary form work weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating exposed surfaces finished even and faircomplete all as specified and as directed.
15	Supply and fixing in repairs ABS road colour cat eyes having dual direction (both sides) of size 100mm x 100mm x 18mm having body ABS filled with Epoxy, Quartz & sand with PMMA lens with load capacity greater than 50 kg with visibility 800 m etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Dark eye or techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE.
16	Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for road side berms to required gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
17	Material & Labour for 150 mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.
