Providing support services for day to day official works at IHB Noidaas per the specifications of the contract complete in all respects as per direction of Officer/Engineer-in-Charge/ Site Engineer.

Schedule I - Fixed - Under this schedule, rates are fixed by IHB per month for payment of costs towards minimum wages for deploying minimum manpower as specified in Special Conditions of Contract (SCC)& as per direction of Officer/ Engineer-in-Charge. Rates of items under Schedule-I are fixed except as specifically stated in SCC, i.e. arrear payment toward revision in minimum wages (Rates under Schedule I , Schedule II are fixed and not to be filled by the bidder - The percentage filled in by the bidder shall only change the rates under Schedule III)

Providing services for following personnel for day to day official works as per the scope of work detailed in SCC. The no of personnel to be deployed shall be as per direction of Officer in Charge. EA - Each means Man-Month

Leave encashment as per actual/ Gratuity/ Providing serviceassistance by deploying following additional personnel for day to day official works as & when required as per direction of Officer in Charge. Rate is for 8 hrs. duty per person. Same may be pro-rated depending on no. of hours worked and no. of personnel deployed.

SCHEDULE II - Fixed -Reimbursements for Wage Enhancement as per minimum wage notification, issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment, Gov. of India as defined in SCC ) for all the applicable items in Schedule I

SCHEDULE III - RATES TO BE QUOTED - Service charges to the bidder for providing above mentioned services, Uniforms to the deployed personneland other administration related expenses, etc as detailed in tender & as directed by Officer/Engineer-in-Charge and other related services for smooth and efficient functioning of the contract. The percentage filled in by the bidder shall only change the rates under Schedule III. The net total will be arrived after considering the percentage quoted by the bidder against the rates under Schedule III and the rates mentioned in SchedulesI& II.
