Note :- Load Bearing member will be Fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheets, Inside partitions are made with 1.6mm CRCA MS sheet steel and Cable Gland plate with 3mm CRCA MS Sheet steel. The panel shall have wall and floor grouting system. The panel shall have minimum200 mm bottom stand (if necessary for bottom cable entry). The panel operation height shall not exceed 1800 mm. structural reinforcement with suitable angle/channel/T/flat sections including lifting hooks and GI earth strip of required size with 2 nos earthing terminals. Painting :- Powder coated paint finish of approved shade over metal surface cleaned and treated with all anticorrosive process and seven tank process before painting, with 2 coats of zinc chromate primer upto 75 micron thickness and colour RAL7035 of enameled paint as per as per specifications.. Labeling:- All Panels shall be duly metal labeled with scheme diagram and Danger mark with 415V AC operation. Cable Entry:- The panel shall have a provision of cable entry at the bottom and top as per site requirement. Busbar:- Busbar shall be sized with current density of Amperage 1A/sq.mm for Aluminum Busbars .Heat Shrinkable Color Coded PVC Sleeves for all Busbars, minimum bus bar gap of 32mm shall be maintained, busbar shall be of E91E Grade for Al.. MCB Connectivity:-MCB shall be connected using FR cables of proper rating from Vertical busbars. |
