Maintenance Contract For Job In Filling Shed Stp Plant And Allied Area And Maintenance Of Fire Fighting Network And Associated Equipments For Four Months -Maintenance Of Fire Fighting Network & Associated Facilities, Equipments Like Hyrant Line And Security Air Line Associated With Sprinkler System.Keeping Sprinkler And Hydrant System In Auto Mode, Maintaining Log Book Entries Of Security Air Compressors, Fire Pumps And Jockey Pumps As Advised By The Concerned Officer 2 All Three Shifts Will Be Manned By One Expert On All The Days Of The Month To Ensure Smooth & Proper Operation Of The Fire Fighting System 3 Assistance To Be Provided For Draining Of Water From Various Horton Spheres Under Guidance Of Concerned Officer As And When Required And Record To Be Maintained For The Same & Making The Line In The Morning For Filling & Closing All The Valves After Closure Of All The Operations 4 Quarterly Checking And Servicing Of Dcp & Co2 Type Fire Extinguishers And Rectification Of The Defects, If Any. Maintenance Of The Records For Such Checks ( Checking Of The Fire Extinguishers Will Be Staggered Through Out The Quarter ) 5 Maintenance Of Loading & Unloading Arms In Tld, Attending To Any Kind Of Leakages And Servicing Of The Arms As Advised By The Concerned Officer. To Assist In Making & Breaking The Connection Of Loading / Unloading Arms In Tld And Any Vessel Change Over Required In Working Shift 6 Quarterly Testing & Inspection Of Lpg Hoses, Maintenance Of The Records For Such Tests As Per Direction Of The Officer 7 Maintenance Of Air Compressor, Vapour Compressor, Lpg Pump & Pop Action Valve Installedin Theplant, Attending To Any Kind Of Breakdown And Servicing Of The Equipment As Adviced By The Concerned Officer. Supply Of Manpower To Assis Service Engg. Of The Above Said Equipment 8 Supply Of Manpower As Required To Assist Service Engineer Of Equipment Like Dg Sets, Pressure Gauge, Srv, Pav Or Any Other Equipment As Advised By Concerned Officer 9 One Worker Required For Up Keep Of Store Including Record Keeping For Consummable Items Such As Safety Caps, Pvc Seals, Nilon Threads, Sc Valves, Ss Pin, Chain Kote Etc., Record Keeping Of Safety Items Such As Spare Nozzles, Hose, Co2 Cartridge, Fire Ex, Hydrant, Monitors Etc., And Insuring Counter Singing The Same From Concerned Officer At Day End 10 Maintainence Of Safety Items In Store Such As Regular Cleaning Of Ppe, Checking Weight Of Co2 Cartridges, Proper Stacking In Segeregated Locations And Maintainence Of Fire Trolley Equipments.This Also Include Shifting Of Fire Trolley During Fire Drill To And From Location Of Drill 11 Half Yearly Calibration Of Pressure Gauge, Half Yearly Testing Of Hydrant Hoses, Labelling / Painting Of Due Date On The Same, Replacement Of Defective Hose And Gauge, Maintainence Of Record For Such Tests As Per Direction Of Concerned Officer 12 Monthly Testing Of Deluge Valve And Functional Checking Of Ilsd, Checking Of Mvss Spray Densities, Cleaning Of Nozzles As Required, Cleaning Of Stainers In Dv And Hydrant Line. Records To Be Maintained On Quarterly Basis.The Above Equipments Must Be Tested As When Required As Per Instruction Of Concerned Officer 13 Maintainence Of Lpg Vapour And Liquid Line Valves Including Replacement Of Defective Valves, Arresting Gland Leakage, Cleaning Of All Stainers In Product Line, Preventive Mechanical Maintainence Of Rov In Horton Spheres, Filling Shed And Tld , Arresting Air Leakage And Insuring All Rovs Are In Automode. Replacemet Of All Windsocks At Height Or New Windsocks Frame Fixing As And When Required 14 Asssistence Of Resque Operation During Of Site Emergency Situations 15 Assistance To Ensure Proper Placement Of Cylinders In Carousel Bed Near Introduction Unit And Proper Ejection Of Cylinders From Bed. Manpower Assistance To Oem / Third Party For Carrying Out Amc Or Other Maintenance Works Pertaining To Shed Equipments 16 Assistance In Routine Checking And Calibration Of Filling Machines Of Carousel- Minimum 4 Times In A Shift Or As Directed & Maintenance Of Filling Guns To Ensure No Leak Of Lpg And Proper Working Of Filling Guns, Including Running Maintenance Of All Associated Parts Like Gas Stop Valve, Pneumatic Parts, Centering Unit Etc. 17 Cleaning, Servicing & Adjusting Of Carousel Filling Machines. The Job Has To Be Undertaken On Holidays Or Non Working Shifts Only, As Directed. The Job Includes Necessary Replacements Of Spares And Consumables And Calibration Of The Filling Machines To Ensure Proper Weighment And Desired Filling Accuracy. Necessary Spares And Consumables Will Be Provided By Ioc 18 Inspection And Maintenance Of Conveyor System In Plant. The Job Includes Necessary Assistance & Repairing For Any Type Of Chain Conveyor Break Down At Any Point Of Time, Any Maintenance And Repair Of Conveyor System Including Change Of Palmer Block, Alignment Of Motor With Gearbox, Positioning Of All Motor Canopies / Moving Parts Guard, Tightness Of Loose Conveyor Railing, Replacement Of Missing Rails, Replacement Of Coupling Bush At Any Point And Section As Directed By Shed Officer Including Attending The Jobs In Holidays And Non Working Shifts As Directed, Daily Checking Of Conveyor Drive Unit For Oil Level And Necessary Topping Up / Replacement Of Lube Oil, Arresting Of Soap Solution Leakage, Repair & Maintenance Of Gear Boxes As And When Required & Directed, Greasing Of Plumber Block Bearing As And When Required & Directed, Replacement Of Conveyor Chain With New Conveyor Chain As And When Directed, Jointing Of Conveyor Chain As And When Required. The Job Includes Serving And Repair Of Conveyor System On Site. All Spares And Consumables Required Shall Be Provided By Ioc. 19 Daily Checking, Cleaning And Servicing Of Frls. The Job Includes Draining Of Condensates, Topping Up Of Lubricants, Cleaning Of Filter Element, Replacement Of Filter Element As And When Necessary And Arresting Of Leakage Of Air From Fittings, Valaves, Pneumatic Cylinders If Any. All The Consumables And Spares Required Will Be Provided By Ioc. 20 Assistance In Daily Checking Of Calibration / Repair Of Check Scales, Correction Unit & Icu, Dp Gauge. The Job Also Include Providing Assistance In Repairing / Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned Equipments On Sunday / Holiday And Also If Required In Night Shift For Attending Any Breakdown. Necessary Spares And Consumables Will Be Provided By Ioc. 21 Assistance In Daily Checking Of Calibration / Repair Of Cvt & Avts, Old And Vld And Undertaking Daily Preventive Maintenance As Per Schedule. The Job Also Include Providing Assistance In Repairing / Maintenance, Calibration Of The Above-Mentioned Equipments On Sunday / Holiday And Also If Required In Night Shift For Attending Any Breakdown. Necessary Spares And Consumables Will Be Provided By Ioc. 22 Routine Checking. Repair & Maintenance Of Valve Change Machines Without Evacuation, Post Vcwfm Filling Machines, Hot Air Sealing Unit, Degassing Unit, Water Bath As And When Required And Directed By Shed Officer. The Job Also Include Providing Assistance In Repairing / Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned Equipments On Sunday / Holiday And Also If Required In Night Shift For Attending Any Breakdown. Necessary Spares And Consumables Will Be Provided By Ioc. 23 Routine Checking. Repair & Maintenance Of Converging Unit, Diverging Unit, Ejection Unit Of Carousel, Introduction Unit Of Carousel, Evacuation Unit, Cold Repair Unit, Purging Unit, Drying Unit And Washing Unit As And When Required And Directed By Shed Officer. The Job Also Include Providing Assistance In Repairing / Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned Equipments On Sunday / Holiday And Also If Required In Night Shift For Attending Any Breakdown. Necessary Spares And Consumables Will Be Provided By Ioc. 24 Routine Checking, Repair& Maint Of 425 Kg, 5 Kg , 47.5 Kg Filling Machine, Nano Cut Dozing Unit, Stay Bend Repair Unit, Vapour Extraction System. The Job Also Includes Providing Assitance In Repairing / Maintenance Of The Equipments On Sunday / Holiday And Also If Required In Night Shift For Attending Any Breakdown. Necessary Spares Will Be Provided By Iocl 25 Providing Welding Machine Includingtwo Man Power, Weilding Cable, Holder, View Glasses All Complete On Hourly Basis For Weilding Job Inside Filling Shed, Filled Shed And Cr Shed. Weilding Rod Will Be Provided By Iocl. The Period Of Hire Will Be Start When Machine Is Shifted To The Shed And Will Complete When Machine Is Released By Shed Officer. The Job Also Includes Shifting Of Welding Machine To And Fro From ContractorS Store To The Site Of Work. 26 Routine Checking, Repair& Maint Of St Plant And Degassing Shed Equipments Such As Depressurising Unit, Dewatering Unit, Manual Valve Unscrewing Unit, Hydrotest Machine, Pneumatic Test Machine, Painting Booth, Air Compressor, Valve Change Machine, Check Scale. The Job Also Includes Providing Assitance In Repairing / Maintenance Of The Equipments On Sunday / Holiday And Also If Required In Night Shift For Attending Any Breakdown. Necessary Spares Will Be Provided By Iocl 27 Maintenance Of All The Equipments As Detailed Above Or As Directed By Maintenance Officer On Sundays / Holidays 28 Overtime Consideringnight Shift Operation For Semi-Skilled Per Month . Name of Work: Maintenance contract job in filling shed, ST&P Plant and allied area and Maintenance of Fire Fighting Network & associated equipments for four months

1	Maintenance of fire fighting network & associated facilities, equipments like hyrant line and security air line associated with sprinkler system.Keeping Sprinkler and Hydrant System in auto mode, maintaining log book entries of security Air Compressors, Fire Pumps and Jockey Pumps as advised by the concerned officer
2	All three shifts will be manned by one expert on all the days of the month to ensure smooth & proper operation of the fire fighting system
3	Assistance to be provided for draining of water from various Horton Spheres under guidance of concerned officer as and when required and record to be maintained for the same & making the line in the morning for filling & closing all the valves after closure of all the operations
4	Quarterly checking and servicing of DCP & CO2 type Fire Extinguishers and rectification of the defects, if any. Maintenance of the records for such checks(Checking of the Fire Extinguishers will be staggered through out the quarter)
5	Maintenance of loading & unloading arms in TLD, attending to any kind of leakages and servicing of the arms as advised by the concerned officer. To assist in making & breaking the connection of loading/unloading arms in TLD and any vessel change over required in working shift
6	Quarterly testing & inspection of LPG hoses, maintenance of the records for such tests as per direction of the officer
7	Maintenance of Air compressor, vapour compressor, LPG pump & pop action valve installedin theplant, attending to any kind of breakdown and servicing of the equipment as adviced by the concerned officer. Supply of manpower to assis service engg. Of the above said equipment
8	Supply of manpower as required to assist service engineer of equipment like DG sets, pressure gauge, SRV, PAV or any other equipment as advised by concerned officer
9	One worker required for up keep of store including record keeping for consummable items such as safety caps, pvc seals, nilon threads,SC valves,SS pin,chain kote etc.,record keeping of safety items such as spare nozzles,hose,co2 cartridge,fire ex,hydrant,monitors etc.,and insuring counter singing the same from concerned officer at day end
10	maintainence of safety items in store such as regular cleaning of PPE,checking weight of co2 cartridges,proper stacking in segeregated locations and maintainence of fire trolley equipments.this also include shifting of fire trolley during fire drill to and from location of drill
11	half yearly calibration of pressure gauge,half yearly testing of hydrant hoses,labelling/painting of due date on the same,replacement of defective hose and gauge,maintainence of record for such tests as per direction of concerned officer
12	monthly testing of deluge valve and functional checking of ILSD,checking of MVSS spray densities,cleaning of nozzles as required,cleaning of stainers in DV and hydrant line. Records to be maintained on quarterly basis.The above equipments must be tested as when required as per instruction of concerned officer
13	maintainence of LPG vapour and liquid line valves including replacement of defective valves,arresting gland leakage,cleaning of all stainers in product line,preventive mechanical maintainence of ROV in horton spheres,filling shed and TLD ,arresting air leakage and insuring all ROVs are in automode. replacemet of all windsocks at height or new windsocks frame fixing as and when required
14	asssistence of resque operation during of site emergency situations
15	Assistance to ensure proper placement of cylinders in carousel bed near introduction unit and proper ejection of cylinders from bed. Manpower assistance to OEM/third party for carrying out AMC or other maintenance works pertaining to shed equipments
16	Assistance in routine checking and calibration of filling machines of carousel- minimum 4 times in a shift or as directed & maintenance of filling guns to ensure no leak of LPG and proper working of filling guns, including running maintenance of all associated parts like gas stop valve, pneumatic parts, centering unit etc.
17	Cleaning, servicing & adjusting of carousel filling machines. The job has to be undertaken on Holidays or non working shifts only, as directed. The job includes necessary replacements of spares and consumables and calibration of the filling machines to ensure proper weighment and desired filling accuracy. Necessary spares and consumables will be provided by IOC
18	Inspection and maintenance of conveyor system in plant. The job includes necessary assistance & repairing for any type of chain conveyor break down at any point of time, any maintenance and repair of conveyor system including change of palmer block, alignment of motor with gearbox, positioning of all motor canopies/ moving parts guard, tightness of loose conveyor railing, replacement of missing rails, replacement of coupling bush at any point and section as directed by shed officer including attending the jobs in holidays and non working shifts as directed, daily checking of conveyor drive unit for oil level and necessary topping up/ replacement of lube oil, arresting of soap solution leakage, repair & maintenance of gear boxes as and when required & directed, greasing of plumber block bearing as and when required & directed, replacement of conveyor chain with new conveyor chain as and when directed, jointing of conveyor chain as and when required. The job includes serving and repair of conveyor system on site. All spares and consumables required shall be provided by IOC.
19	Daily checking, cleaning and servicing of FRLs. The job includes draining of condensates, topping up of lubricants, cleaning of filter element, replacement of filter element as and when necessary and arresting of leakage of air from fittings, valaves, pneumatic cylinders if any. All the consumables and spares required will be provided by IOC.
20	Assistance in daily checking of calibration/ repair of check scales, correction unit & ICU, DP gauge. The job also include providing assistance in repairing/ maintenance of the above-mentioned equipments on Sunday/ Holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares and consumables will be provided by IOC.
21	Assistance in daily checking of calibration/ repair of CVT & AVTS, OLD and VLD and undertaking daily preventive maintenance as per schedule. The job also include providing assistance in repairing/ maintenance, calibration of the above-mentioned equipments on Sunday/ Holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares and consumables will be provided by IOC.
22	Routine checking. Repair & maintenance of Valve Change Machines without evacuation, Post VCWFM Filling machines, hot air sealing unit, degassing unit,water bath as and when required and directed by shed officer. The job also include providing assistance in repairing/ maintenance of the above-mentioned equipments on Sunday/ Holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares and consumables will be provided by IOC.
23	Routine checking. 25	Providing welding machine includingtwo man power, weilding cable, holder,view glasses all complete on hourly basis for weilding job inside filling shed, filled shed and CR shed. Weilding rod will be provided by IOCL. The period of hire will be start when machine is shifted to the shed and will complete when machine is released by shed officer. the job also includes shifting of welding machine to and fro from contractor"s store to the site of work.
26	Routine checking, repair& maint of ST plant and degassing shed equipments such as depressurising unit, dewatering unit, manual valve unscrewing unit, hydrotest machine, pneumatic test machine, painting booth, air compressor, valve change machine, check scale. The job also includes providing assitance in repairing /maintenance of the equipments on Sunday/holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares will be provided by IOCL
27	Maintenance of all the equipments as detailed above or as directed by Maintenance Officer on Sundays/Holidays
28	Overtime consideringNight shift Operation for Semi-Skilled per month . All the jobs described above included in the job.
