1Design, fabricate, supply and installation at site of minimum 35 Mtr. height Sports Mast pole hot dip galvanized 20 side polygonal High Mast head frame suitable for 50 M/sec and suitable to install minimum 36 no. of LED fixtures in asymmetrical arrangement complete with accessories as required to achieve required illumination level and other technical parameters mentioned in design basis.High mast should have proper mast structure foundation accessories, lightning arrester (with 16x1200 mm spike), LED aviation lighting etc as required. The 35 meter high mast shall be delivered either in Three or maximum four sections, and shall be joined together by slip stressed-fit method at site. Entire fabricated mast shall be hot dip galvanized, internally and externally as per BS EN ISO 1461 having a uniform thickness of 85 microns. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame arrangement suitable for mounting 36 luminaries. Suitable head frame as per the design for the required illumination across the designed illumination beam to be designed, fabricated and fixed over the structure. Mast top dia 350mm, The dia meter of base plate should not be 1020mm and thickness of base plate 30mm. PCD of mast should be 920mm suitable for 20 nos 39mm dia bolt 1200 mm long, foundation concrete M25, bolt and 30mm thick anchor plate. This job includes designing and providing required RCC foundation with accessories like foundation bolt etc. the as per the technical data sheet in the tender document. Necessary erection support such as crane, tools tackles, manpower etc. as required will be provided by the bidder. The agency has to consider soil bearing, wind speed, designing the High Mast structures and foundation is to be submitted and the design needs to be checked. In HM saftey wire and lock.
2SITC of controlled beam sports light with a typical system wattage of 470-500 W with a nominal system efficacy >120Lm/W. Luminaire should have CCT of5700-6000K with SDCM <5 and CRI >70 with different beam angle. The housing should be of non-corrosive high pressure die-cast aluminum tostand with extreme environments with Toughened glass, having corrosion resistant powder coating with lifetime of 50K hours@L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day)The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 with IK rating of 07. The luminaire should have a 10 KV /5 KA SPD inthe luminaire, with PF >0.95 & THD<10%. The SPD should comply to IEC 61643. The luminaries should be designed with optimum heat exchanger and fins in order to ensure optimum thermal dissipation. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 24 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown > 300V and have an auto recovery feature.The Drivers should be a potted driver and with aluminium casing and mounted inside the luminaire.(Bidder must submit Third Party LM79 Test report issued from a reputed NABL Lab).
3SITC of motorized climbing mechanism ie manrider unit for accessing the head frame for repair /maintenance purpose like free fall arrester /overload protection etc. the unit shall be suitable for safe load carrying capacity of 300kg with clip speed not exceeding 1 mtr/min The unit shall be of galvanized steel construction with twin cage arrangement along with spring loaded wheels encasing the mast shaft for proper balancing and avoid swaging of cage while climbing suitabley rated motor and double drum winch shall be installed in the base of high mast.
4Supply and laying 1.1kv grade 3 core*2.5 sq mm copper conductor PVC / XLPE insulated un-armoured and PVC sheathed flexiable cable in between high mast DB/CG rack and luminaries including accessories.
5SITC of outdoor type Highmast Lighting Distribution board (HMLDB), along with control gear rack (CGR) fully compartmentalized cubical type made out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet having IP65 protection with canopy, pedestal mounted, suitable for use on 415V 3Phase 4wire 50 HZ and complete with powder coated painting, of suitable size for accommodating the following component, Including providing detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cables entry, erected on cement concrete foundation made, complete with painting, interconnections, earthing, complete as required erected on Cement concrete foundation. HMLDB and CGR shall be installed near the base of High mast. High mast lighting distribution board : BUSBAR: 160A rating TP & N AL Bus bar. INCOMER:- 1No.150A, 4P, MCCB(25kA) with thermomagnetic releases and all required accessories 1 Set phase indication lights (R,Y,B) Solid state type (LED). 1 Set of push buttons for ON/OFF and selector switch 1No. 0 to 500V, AC, digital Volt Meter & control MCB 1 No. 0 to 150A, digital Ammeter with CT"s of ratio 150/5A and class-1 accuracy OUTGOINGS:- 32 A DP MCB (16kA) with themno-magnetic releases - 27 Nos. Winch motor starter with power contactors ,forward, reverse push button control, bypass facility in case of manual operation, overload tripping as per manufacturer’s recommendation and approved drawings.
6Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Outdoor Double Door Kiosk type weather proof distribution feeder pillar box of suitable size with a tapered at top (for protection from rain water) and made out of not less than 2.0 mm thick for load bearing members & 1.6 mm thick for doors, compartmentalized, IP 65, epoxy powder coated treated in 7 tank process finish with following items, front and back both side openable, duly hinged doors with locking arrangement by providing both sides hold drafts and all hardware for fabrication of box. The cubical panel should be mounted with hardware on angle iron frame long legs duly primered and black painted. Frame be grouted with cement concrete 1:3:6 ratio and providing brick masonry along angle iron frame above ground level complete with connecting strips, Bakelite sheet, earth stud etc. cable entry from bottom suitable for 3.5Cx 300/240/120/70 Sq.mm I/c & O/g respectively. The panel should comprise of as per following (Panel shall be fabricated in CPRI approved panel builder with approval of the IWD. Drawing of the High Mast feeder pillar shall be submitted for approval prior to fabrication. INCOMER 400 A, 4P, 36 KA TM Release MCCB with rotary handle - 1 No. 400 A, TPN Aluminum bus bar. OUTGOING 160 A 4P 25 KA TM Release MCCB rotary handle- 4 Nos Digital multifunction meter- I set LED- RYB indicator lamps- 1 set CT-400/5A, Class-1, 15 VA - 3nos Control circuit MCB of adequate rating.
7Providing earthing with copper earth plate, 600mmX600mmXX5mm thick with all accessories, providing masonry enclosure with cover plates having locking arrangement & watering pipe of 2.7m long, with charcoal/coke and salt, complete with all materials, , (DSR E&M 2018/ 5.6/ Pg26)
8Supply and laying of GI Strip 25*5
9Supply and Laying of one number 4 core x35 sq mm Aluminium Armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground or pipe or trench as required including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.
10Laying of one number additional XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5C x 95 Sqmm size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (DSR 2018/ 7.2.2)
11Aiming of lights as per requirement given in RFP / direction of Engineer-in Charge
