Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of central heating boiler, wet back type, package type, three pass, smoke tube, forced draft, horizontal, full wet back central heating boilers with fully automatic pressure jet oil burner with manual operation arrangement s for HSD fuel and with all boiler mountings, accessoriescontrols, safeties, meters, control panel, ladder and plate form etc duly insulated, claded and skid mounted complete ready for use having specifications as per Annexure B

Dismantling of Old nonfunctional Hot water Generator alongwith Chimney:- Dismantling of existing central heating boilers and shifting the same outside the boiler house. The dismantled boilers assemblies, oil pre heater assembly and electric panel etc. shall be formally handed over to the Estate Department SKIMS Soura as per technical details given in Annexure B

Oil Flow Metre:-Calibrated Oil Flow Metre fitted on the pipes of 40mm Diameter with Y-strainer, drainage valve, bypass valve, ball valve on each side with flanged joints flow rate 10 CMH,40 mm diameter high accuracy LCD display, battery powered. Easy to install, read and opeate, low pressure drop, compact size easy maintenance digit non resettable totalizer, digit resettable totaliser, sizes 50mm, connection/mounting:screwed/Threaded ends application:all types of oil, diesel, LDO, HSD etc.

Earthing Strip:- providing, fitting and testing of standard earthing for boiler, electrical panels, pumps, exposed other electrical items in hot water generator complete as per Indian Electricty act and latest IS standards. The job includes providing and fitting of GI strip of size 25 mm x 5 mm from earthing electrode to the Panel, boiler and pumps using proper fasteners concealed under floor.
