| 2 | Modifying the existing 402 no. aluminium windows of size 1130x1450mm with fixed glass panes. The glass in windows is required to be removed and vertical cut into 2 halves. Thereafter, a vertical member with new aluminium section same as the existing aluminium section in frame. One half of the window is to be made fixed and other half is to be provided with an inward openable type hinged shutter with balance half glass fixed in the pane. The window shutter is to be made with aluminium section of appropriate size including 2 hinges, 1 D-handle, hooke type stopper, 2 no. 100mm long tower bolts on each shutter. Thereafter, fixing of mosquito wiremesh from outer side on the openable half portion of the window over the aluminium frame of the window with the help of screws covered with aluminium beading of appropriate section/size along the complete length of all 4 sides. All the new aluminium section to be provided shall be powder coated with minimum 50 micron thickness of powder coating, in the required colour and shade. The existing windows are powder coated in three colours in equal number (yellow, red and blue). Rates are all inclusive. Nothing extra for fittings, fixtures shall be paid. |
