High pressure water pump of Stage-I&II Removing the worn out bush bearing from Intermediate bowl machining of new bush bearing out ofphosphorbronze material of size OD 82.6mm, ID 68.6mm and length 103mm and fixing in the bowl correcting the worn out portion by welding and machining, including all materials, T&P hire charges, consumables and transporting charges etc., complete.

Removing the worn out wear ring from Impeller, machining new SS wear ring of size OD 234.4mm, ID 220mm and width 25mm and fixing in the impeller including material cost and T&P hire charges etc., complete.

Removing the worn out bush bearing from suction bell, new phosphor bronze bush machining of size OD 66.7mm, ID 55.9mm and length 165mm and fixing in the suction bell, worn out area SS 316 Gr metal filling and maching to required size cleaning the threaded hole etc.,complete.

Removing the worn out bush bearing from discharge case - machining of new phosphor bronze bush bearing of size OD 89.2mm, ID 68.6mm length 170mm and fixing in the discharge case including bush material T&P, consumables etc., complete.
