BWork of Non - Comprehensive Maintenance Contract including all accessories except Compressor for one year of 3? window air conditioners of rating (2TR X 2) - 09 Nos. Non - CMC includes all cost of procurement and work required for the replacement of all defective / damaged parts and accessories installed at cooling unit, Indoor Unit, Outdoor Unit, PCB Control Circuit, Output Controller, and Blower Unit etc. during Contract period. Work in Non- CMC includes Cleaning Indoor Cooling coil and outdoor condenser with the help of Scale -2 Chemical, Dust removal and cleaning of Filters, Cleaning of Entire unit, Filling and refilling the R-22 Gas (if required), Checking and adjustments (if needed) of Control Parameters on different PCB\"s, Functional checks of Rectifiers and inverter Section. Work also includes checking each of the unit once a month (9AC kiosk X 2 Unit X 12Months) attending Breakdown of any type related to whole unit (Except Compressor replacement work).It is also mandatory to attend the Breakdown within 24Hrs. prior within a call from 220KV Jhajhra, PTCUL Representative including all material, labour and T&P.1.09 AC kiosk X 2 Unit X 12Months = 216 Jobs

Work of Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for one year of 1? Split air conditioners rating (2TR)including all cost of material installed at cooling unit and work required for proper maintaining the Indoor Unit, Outdoor Unit, Air Compressor, PCB Control Circuit, Output Controller and Compressor. Work also includes Maintenance of Split Air Conditioners by cleaning Indoor cooling coil, outdoor condenser with the help of Scale -2 Chemical, Dust removal and cleaning of Filters, Cleaning of Entire unit, Replacement of Compressor, Filling and refilling the R-22 Gas (if required). Work also includes checking each of the Split Air Conditioner unit once a month and attending Breakdown of any type related to whole unit including Compressor Replacement. It is also mandatory to attend the Breakdown within 24Hrs. prior within a call from 220KV Jhajhra, PTCUL Representative. 1. 05Nos AC X12 Months=60Jobs2. 01 Nos AC X 06 Months=6 Jobs
