    Tender Details

    Tender For Supply & Installation Of Slot Dippers At Tatanagar Depot S/I of 150MM slot dippers at Tatanagar depot. S/I of 150MM slot dippers at Tatanagar depot: Supply and installation of 150MM slot dippers in EBMS (Ethanol based Motor Spirit) , underground tanks at BPCL Tatanagar depot. For technical specifications of slot dipper, refer tender document. Vendor to note below points: (1) Vendor has to supply 150MM size slot dippers, with Aluminium body along with applicable test certificates (refer list of test certificates which are to be submitted in Scope of work document. (2) Vendor needs to dismantle/remove old slot dippers from the EBMS/MS underground tank with the help of Non-sparking tools and their own manpower. Precautions need to be taken before undertaking the job and work permit, JSP to be followed as issued by BPCL. (3) Vendor needs to be supply new SS nuts, bolts, gaskets during installation of slot dipper. (4) Vendor needs to make arrangements for providing spool piece/reducer, as applicable if tank manhole size is either on higher or lower side. Tankwise details are being provided in Scope of work document. (5) Vendor needs to complete the job in all respects. At the time of installation, vendor needs to provide and test slot dipper for any leakage and BPCL officer shall witness the same.
