Name of Work : Comprehensive maintenance and operation of 16 nos. Ductible split type Air conditioning Machines (8.75 Ton-09 Nos.5.5 Ton-7 nos.) Installed at HRBC Bhavan (Ground floor to 3rd Floor) and Quality Control Building (Ground floor to 2nd Floor) under HRBC for the period of 1st October 2023 to 15th December 2023 & from 15th February 2024 to 30th September 2024 i.e. 10 months and 2 months maintenance.

4Routine preventive maintenance of each machine with consumable materials like cloth, jute, soap solution, vaniclean, grease, Refrigerant gas (R-22) etc required per month per Air-Conditioning machines for 10 month
5Overhauling, cleaning etc of the Machines (both outdoor & indoor units) to obtain maximum efficiency with proper cooling effect. (To be carried out during winter season i.e. from Decemberto Middle of January in presence of HRBC officials and recorded in the logbook with dated initials of the agency and HRBC) a) 8.75 TR-09 Nos. b) 5.5 TR-07 Nos.
6Terms and Conditions 1. Routine inspection of eachmachine at least twice in a month or as & when called for. 2. The firm have to maintain Log Book for the machines as per instruction of the APM/SAPM concerned which must be available for checking on demand. 3. Part work during the month pro-rate payment will be made for actual days of work. Other Conditions 1. Service challan should be submitted to the APM/SAPM. The grill temperature should be mentioned in the service challan after checking/repairing and entering in the Log Book. 2. Consolidated Log Sheet based on the services challan in triplicate is to be submitted along with bill by the contractor duly countersigned by APM/SAPM. 3. If the contractor fails to attend the inspection of machine, no payment will be made for that period only, in addition a sum equivalent to 10% of the charges for service call on prorate basis will be deducted (as fine) from the Contractor’s bill. The units under comprehensive maintenance contract goes out of order and removed from its position to the Agencies workshop for repair for a period exceeding 3 days replacement of a spare unit will have to be met by the Agency otherwise prorate deduction of charges will be made from the Contractor’s bill at 10% per day per unit basis. 4. The Contractor will be held responsible for any damage of the equipments due to improper maintenance of lapses by him or his staff.
