    Tender For Servicing And Maintenance Of Bio-Gas Plant At Canteen In Mk Plant; 1 Removal Of Digester Cap, Cleaning And Removal Of Slurry / Food Waste From The First And Second Digesters, Two Gas Collectors And Conveying The Slurry In Covered Tanks And Dumping The Same With In A Lead Of 2 Km As Directed By The Engineer In-Charge ( Rates Including All I.E. Labour Charges For Cleaningand Transportation Charges, Etc. ) . 2 Repairing The Two Existing Frp Digester Tanks Of 250 Kg. Capacity And Two Frp Gas Collectors Of 7500 Ltrs Capacity Including Arresting The Leakage By Providing Fibre Coating And Replacing The Corroded Steel Ring On The Tank Mouth Portion, Etc. Complete As Per Specification And As Per The Directed Of Engineer In-Charge. 3 Supplying, Providing Feed Materials ( Cow Dung ) For The 2 ( Two ) Digesters After Dilution To Required Concentration As Per The Direction Of The Engineer-In-Charge Including Cost Of Feed Material, Feeding Charges And Transportation Charges, Etc. 4 Preparation, Activation Of The Bio-Gas Plant With Bacteria Culture For Production Of Bio-Gas Including Commissioning & Trial Run Of The Bio-Gas Plant. 5 Supplying And Replacement Of Existing Damaged 1? Kana Flex Connecting Pipes, 1? Master Control Valves, 1? Gas Control Valves, ½? Excess Water Removal Valve And Other Accessories, Etc. Complete As Per Specification And As Per The Direction Of Engineer In-Charge. ( All Valves Should Be Isi Marked ) 6 Servicing Of Gas Stoves Including Supplying & Replacing The Required Gas Control Valve Isi Make With New Valve, Etc. Complete As Per Specification And As Per The Direction Of Engineer In-Charge. 7 Supplying And Replacing The Existing Damaged Cutting Set With M.S. Hopper Of The Pre-Conditioner And Painting With Two Coats Of Enamel Paint. 8 Periodical Servicing Of The Plant After Commissioning & Trial Run For A Period Of 12 ( Twelve ) Months ( Periodical Servicing Should Be Done Weekly Once )
