| 8 | Drilling on the periphery of path on both side of rail line. the approximate length of path to work upon is 423 feet. No. of drills approximately 420 nos. Drill of size 16mm round x 250mm long are to be drilled manually by experts with the help of hammer drill.Firstly the drill of small dia of say 10mm dia to be carefully drilled & then drill of 16mm dia is drilled with the help of hammer drill. This includes the cost of carbide drill, tools & tackles as per site requirement, expert manual labour etc. |
| 9 | The cost of bending of rail line by heavy hydraulic power machine so that the complete rail line should be in round shape as per path of clarifier. Includes the charge of manual labour etc. |
| 10 | Fixing of complete rail line in proper circular shape with anchor bolts and foundation clamps, joint clamps, MS plates of size 250mm x 100mm x 6mm, welding with angle, making proper level with alignment for smoothly running of wheel without any disturbance and sound. |
| 11 | Complete civil work at track path on both side of rail line with proper plaster with used civil material. |
| 12 | Supply of CI/MS traction wheelalong with shaft with key way, bearing with bracket and bearing sleeve on both ends and key way. The shaft and wheel will be fabricate by EN8D material and making the tempering as per rail and supply of simplex chain of 1” pitch with upper and lowersimplex sprocket having nob with complete machining surface on both side. Making bore and key way cutting as per required size. Making fixing of collar with complete finishing suitable for clarifier. All fabricated items will be fabricate with accurate size as per required size on the workshop.Make of bearing: - SKF/FAG/DJB Approved.Make of Chain: - Diamond/Rollon/Galaxy. |
| 13 | Fixing of above supplied traction wheel along with chain Sprocket, Bearing with bracket and other allied accessories on both end of clarifier. Making complete alignment with leveling and making the direction of wheel as per rounded rail track. Includinglubricant/oiling/greasing for smooth working without unnecessary sound. |
