| 1 | .Carrying out digital survey and preparing Lay out plan of chatten BOP (4.00 Acres land), making soil investigation, and Consultancy services for the above project as per scope of work as mention below 1.Digital survey: Carrying out detailed topographical survey, marking all existing features, boundaries, buildings, carriageways, trees, electric/telephone lines, footpath, drains, sewer lines, water supply lines, ponds, hillocks, marshy lands, approach road, main road etc by using total stations, digital instrument and making contour plan preparing of drawings marking the position of the existing structures with the plinth levels, calculation of the land area, design of drainage pattern and preparing proposed L.O.P. of BOP with showing foot prints of all the proposed buildings, internal road, bulk service like sewer line, street light, water supply lines, retaining walls, helipad, boundary wall, gate etc as per requirement of client. And provide 4 set of all the colour drawing in A-3 size paper and also supply of AutoCAD generated file on CD in the requisite scale including transportation charge of men and machinery to site and return back after completion of work including mobilization charge and GST. 2. Soil investigation as per latest BIS codes, drilling of 05 five or more numbers of bore hole as per site requirement including conducting SPT, sample collection at 1.5 Mtr interval-in hilly terrain and every change of strata along with undisturbed sample collection at 1.5mtr, 3.0mtr. 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr up to 15Mtrs and so on at interval of every 1.5 Mtr and on change of strata and carrying out other related tests for carrying out safe bearing capacity of soil including, mobilization and demobilization of tools, machinery and man power including marking of bore 3 hole location on ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3. Preparation and submission of hard copies and soft copy in Pdf format of the final report of all the test field investigation/ laboratory test carried as detailed in specification inclusive of bore loads and recommendation of the parameter found out from the tests including safe bearing capacity for various foundation sizes and at various depth such as 1.5mtr, 2.0mtr, 3.0mtr. 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr upto 15 Mtrs. 4. Consultancy services: Consultancy services for Detailed Architectural and Engineering design, and detailing for RCC framed structure, structural Analysis, preparation of architectural, structural and working drawings, detailed (estimate, preparation of BOQ and providing engineering consultancy service for Construction of GOs accommodation building SOS accommodation building Jawan Barrack. Coy office, Kote and store building, MI Room, tradesmen shop, WT Station and Store building and other development works at chatten. 5. Preparing and submitting all Architectural drawings (Plan, Elevations, side elevations, sectional elevations), Structural Drawings, Working Drawings (Foundation Design & Details, Plumbing Details, Electrical Details, Sanitation details, Sewerage & Development works design etc.) and detailed estimate/ BOQ based on the CPWD DSR-2021 and Market Rate as applicable including market surveying etc if required. Consultant/Firm will also submit 3D View Drawings of all the Building etc. Minimum 04 sets of all finally approved drawings and two set of soft copies in pen drive of the same will be furnished by the Consultant free of cost. However, in case additional sets of drawings in hard copy are essentially required by the Employer/Client, the same shall also be provided free of cost and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. Consultants will Prepare DPR, the services of the consultant shall be available during execution phase also. All necessary modification/corrections shall have to be carried out by the consultant as and when the need arise by the Department. The Consultant shall be associated till completion of the project. The structural design shall be carried out in terms of latest editions and up-to-date correction/amendment/errata of BIS Codes (Bureau of Indian Standards), other relevant seismic/other codes for making Building Earthquake Resistant, sound engineering practices and as desired by the client/ Employer. Firm/ Consultant will Responsible for all Designs and all Structural Drawings have to vetted by Any Indian Institute of Technology (IITS)/National Institute of Technology (NIT) or any third party. Contractor is responsible to pay all fee to IIT/NIT or any third party for vetting of structure drawings and no additional payment will make to contractor for this. The Note: Contractor is responsible for deputed an eligible/reputed Firms Consultants/ Architect (Qualification- Bachelor of Architecture minimum at least 01 Years Experience with valid registration from Council of Architecture and Structural Engineer Qualification M-Tech in Structures with 01 Years Experience). |
