| 2 | Construction of CC Platform of size approx 20 feet x 20 feet including tank area by casting CC in the ratio of 1:2:4 having thickness of 4\" and PCC in the ratio 1:5:10 having thickness of 3\" in the shape of \"O\" for natural collection of oil in the pit and providing M.S. channel 75x35 mm on all sides of floor. Fixing of 4 mm thick M.S. plate on C.C. floor all around the pit and welding with M.S. channel. |
| 3 | Construction of hut type shed over the oil tank pit of size 20\" X20\" by using 6 nos. RS Joist of size 100:50:5 mm in the column of approximate height of 10\" above ground level & 02 no. RS Joist of size 150:75:6 mm of height 12\" in the middle for holding the truss and shed. Fabrication & erection of shed by profile sheet and truss by Square pipe of size 3\"X3\". One RS Joist of size 150:75:6 mm is to be fitted in the middle portion of Hut having length of 20\" for holding the electric chain Hoist and Trolley. All verticalsupports should be properly grouted in earth by bolts complete in all respect. Two sides of this shed covered by constructing safety wall upto height 1.0 m L-Shape. |
| 4 | Providing & fixing of chain electric hoist of 3.0 M.T. Capacity tested to 25% overload as per I.S. 3938-1983 or latest edition having lift of 6.0 Mtr. With squirrel-cage induction electric motor as per I.S. 325, 2 H.P. , 415 Volts 50 Cycle (±6) Crompton or equivalent make with pendent push button, control of hoisting and loweringmotions from ground level and failed-safe electromagnetic Disc-type brakes for total safety as per standard manufactures detailed specification. The contractors have to provide the Trolly arrangement for moving the chin hoist horizontally on the RS joist. |
