1Material and labour for preventive and comprehensive maintenance of central AC chiller plant of capacity 3x75 TR Air cooled Hermatically sealed screw chiller type with Model No XAC6S-072MAR2 through OEM of Blue Star Limited or by authorised dealer/contractor having MOU withBlue star Limited by checking the functioning of chiller unit, Air Handling Unit,Pumps, Cooling tower, Controls and all such equipment covered and installed, free Replacement of defective or worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor/ thermostat/ cut outs on assessment, Repairing of equipment, Descaling of condensor/ chemical cleaning once a year, Replenishing refrigerant gas R-407a and compressor oil in the system as per requirement, checking of compressor for its proper functioning, annual pumping-down and restarting as and when required.Checking, repairs and replacementof mircroprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/ condensing unit for their correct funcitioing.Preventive maintenance services to all the equipment of the AC plant every 3 months i.e four times in a year or during the currency of the contract whichever is earlier. Attending all normal break downs on call basis. Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear complete all as specified and directed. Make: Blue Star Limited with Model No XAC6S-072MAR2. Note: (a) Four Preventive maintenance Services to be carried out in Tender Period. (b) All Break down calls shall be attended within an hour. (c) Repair or replacement of AHU coils and bottom trays is not part of this item. (d) Replacemnt of entire equipment like cooler, condensor compressor, electrical panel, AHU and pump is not part this item.
2Repair / servicing of AHU of capacity 8500 CFM /6500 CFM ofMake: ZECO AIRMCON LIMITED incl cleaning of filter /descaling of Cooling coil, tightening of belts and replacement of minor spares for proper functioning of AHUcomplete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1. Cost of AHU belts, cooling coil and rewinding of AHU motor is not included in the quoted rate and will be measured separately
3S&F in replacement of cooling coil for AHU ofcapacity 8500 CFM of Make: ZECO AIRMCON LIMITED/ equivalent approved make as approved by "E-in-C" complete all as specified and as directed.
4S&F in replacement of cooling coil for AHU ofcapacity 6500 CFM of Make: ZECO AIRMCON LIMITED/ equivalent approved make as approved by "E-in-C" complete all as specified and as directed.
5S&F in replacementof Filter for AHU of capacity 8500 CFMof Make: ZECO AIRMCON LIMITED/ equivalent approved make as approved by "E-in-C" complete all as specified and as directed.

7Rewinding burnt coilsof Induction Motor stator of capacity 5 HPobtained from AHU of capacity 8500 CFM with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve therequired /specifiedRPM including taking out old unserviceable winding, cleaning/ repairing damaged slots, complete all as specified and as directed.

9M & L for Fan Belt complete suitable for AHU of capacity 8500/6500 CFM including removal of extg unsv one compete all as specified and directed.
10Supply and fix Compressor (as approved) suitable for Cetntral Ac plant of 11 Paraofcapacity 12.5 TR, Make: Danfoss model no. SZ185S4RC complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : BLUE STAR /Danfoss/ equivalent approved make as approved by "E-in-C".
11Repair/ servicing of 3 phase, 415 V, 19 KW, 30 Kgs Capacity of Fully automatic Industrial Front loading WASHING MACHINE with Model No LME 30 of Make STEFAB INDIA LIMITED including replacement of gland rope, heater, controls and belt etc to make the washing machine completely functionalcomplete all as specified and as directed.
12Repair/ servicing of 3 phase, 415 V, 19 KW, 30 Kgs Capacity of industrial HYDRO EXTRACTORwith Model No HX 30of Make STEFAB INDIA LIMITEDincluding replacement of defective parts for making it completely functional complete all as specified and as directed.
13Repair/ servicing of 3 phase, 415 V, 19 KW, 30 Kgs Capacity of industrial DRYING TUMBLER with Model No LME 30 of Make STEFAB INDIA LIMITED including replacement of heater and belt etc to make it completely functional complete all as specified and as directed.
14M & L for periodic inspection/ servicing/ overhaulling of 5 Ton capacityEOT crane of any make andmakingthe cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed in 14.01 to 14.05as under:- 14.01 LONG TRAVERSE MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. 14.02 CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all CT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. 14.03HOIST MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all HT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. 14.04 ELECTRICALS (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection (b) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashing. (c) Cleaning off all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers.(f) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working. 14.05 GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/ over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions,of the LT/CT/ Hoist motion push buttons and lights/ VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete NOTE :-1. Any minor work Required for overhaulling/proper functining of EOT crane shall be included in unit quoted rate. 2. Complete Greasing of each parts of crane for proper functining to EOT crane shall be included in unit quoted rate.
