(i) The minor parts such as clamps, screw etc.,, required for fixing cables on wall, panel etc.,shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost which is deemed to be included in the contractor quoted rate. (ii) Earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal, protection pipe & joint kit shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.
13Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
14Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
15Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.
16Supply & lay (HDPE) DWC pipe size 50 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make :- Gemini or approved by GE.
17Supply & lay (HDPE) DWC pipe size 90 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make :- Gemini or approved by GE.
18Material and labour for Galvanised steel tubing, light grade laid in trenches/ fixed to poles, walls etc as a protection for service cable including removing existing old unserviceable rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed for the following size of pipe:-Make :-Jindal/Tata/Prakash Surya

21M&L for providing horizontal bore hole of dia upto 120mm below road/hard standing surface for the length upto 10 Metre and inserting GI/PVC pipe into the bore hole as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
22Supply and fix in repair junction boxes of size 300mm x 450mm x 170mm with aluminium bus bar rating three phase 150 Amps and neutral 75 Amp, IP 65 having provision for metric knockouts for cable entry upto 70 Sqmm including GI clamps complete all as specified and directed.Make :-HENSEL (Cat No : K-7004) or any equivalent make as approved by GE.
23M&L for plate earthingwith galvanisedmild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment’s etc at the other endincluding 32 mm GI lightgrade pipe with allfittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed withiron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCCcover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 including testing earth resistance and submitting test report to AGE E/M by the contractor complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) Earthing resistance required in earthing shall less than 1.0 Ohms after completion of work. All earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge.Test result shall be recorded and signed by the contractor and Engr – in- Charge.If contractor fail to achieve the above result the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.The earthing result will be required maintaining up to end of defect liability period of one year and if any variation found in earthing result during defect liability period same will be intimated to the contractor by Engg-in-Charge and contractor shall rectify the same.The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above said provision. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 length.

25Taking down, carefully and supply and install in repair new AMF panel suitable for 62.5 KVA DG sets indoor type440V AC, made out of 2.00 mm CRCAsheet ofappropriate size, front double doors, front & back openable dut & vermin proof aluminium main bus bar( 20mm x 10 mm) of 150 Amps 03 Nos alongwith one Neutral bus bar 75 Amps, wiring with appropriate size of copper cables, with cable glands brass chromium plated of different sizes suitable for outgoing LT UG cables complete with following specified items :-
