102M&L for attending of any breakdown of standby power supply in any location, whenever required round the clock, rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hours after receipt of complaint of any nature ie engine, alternator, control panel/AMF pael etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- (i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measure seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hours the penaltyof Rs 500/- per hour to be imposed and amount of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary equipment /T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically so contractor to specify the telephone/mobile No who will receive the complaint round the clock.
