Dismantling of 11KV cable support structure, copper bus bar structure, M.S.Frame etc.
34	b) Disconnecting copper flexible/Earthing strip from Power transformer neutral & Dismantling neutral earthing systemto facilitate removal of Power transformer from plinth.
35	c) Disconnecting Earthing strip from body of 05MVA Power transformer
36	d) Draining of transformer oil from conservator, radiators of existing 05 MVA T/F, at 33/11 KV S/S Hussen Basti (SRE)into the dry & clean drums and stacking at the safe place in Substation outside of switchyard. Empty drums shall be provided by contractor.
37	e) Removal of conservator, radiators and other accessories from existing 05 MVA Power transformer.
38	f) Safe Shifting of 05 MVA Power transformer main body and other accessories from the substation switchyard to outside the switchyard at suitable place assigned by concern J.E/S.D.O (Distribution).
39	g) Re-assembling of conservator, radiators and other accessories to existing 05 MVA Power transformer.
40	h) Re-filling the transformer oil (old & used in existing 5MVAT/F)
41	5 Miscellaneous Electrical works of Increasing Capacity of 33/11 KV Substation Hussen Basti (Saharanpur) (2×5) to (10+5) MVA. Installation of 33/11 KV, 10 MVA Transformer : a) Shifting of available 10 MVA 33/11 KV, Transformer to transformer plinth in Switch Yard.
42	b) Erection of shifted Transformer at plinth by fixing all accessories like radiators, conservator tank, filling the transformer oil to desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage, complete job in all respect.
43	6. Water level earthing by Boring and lowering of G.I. pipe size 40 mm dia & thickness 2mm into the ground at 20 Mtr depth or upto the water level with the lower end of solid copper cone Approx 225 mm long and 750 gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. earth Strip for Transformer neutral connection, the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support.
44	b) Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100x50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms and 0.75Mtr bracing. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300x300x1000mm including plinth and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, M.S. Bolt and washer with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).
45	7.ai) Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Channel (100x50x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Angle (50x50x6) mm pieces of size 0.75Mtr long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x1000x1000)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).
46	b) Fixing 110mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on cable support structure. Work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.
47	Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2500×50×6)mm in L.V. side of 10 MVA 33/11 KV, power transformer. Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work.
48	Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.
49	Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300q.mm XLPE cable.Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.
50	Installation of 33 KV Isolators with Structure: Assembling and installation of Line Isolator on the isolator structure. Adjusting of operating mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of Line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
51	Erection of Following material A- Erection of support after excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (900×600)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support & Erection of support. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from site store to pit site. (i) 13 M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole
52	B- Fixing of all clamps, Cross Bracing Sets 3.5 Mtr. from M.S. Angle 65×65×6mm/50×50×6mm & other accessories on the supports as per drawing. Work includes cutting of holes and providing M.S. Bolts of 16×40mm size in the middle of cross bracing with 1 no. spring washer. The work also includes carriage & handling of accessories from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required. (i) Single Pole (a) 13 M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole
53	Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size (450×450)mm ×1/6th of full length of the support, up to ground level, 300 mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grit) with muffing as per drawing, work includes back filling and proper ramming. (i) 13 M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole
54	Earthing of supports with MS earth Rod of (20×2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. wire no. 8 SWG and earthing lugs.
55	Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 33 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, including cutting with fabrication and fixing of guarding channel with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.
56	Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.
57	Providing & fixing of danger board at each location as per specification of the drawing with clamps etc.
58	Painting of following supports/structures with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of ready mix primer including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work. Painting will be done by post office red paint from top to cross arm and remaining by Aluminium paint. (a) 13 Mtr, SP-72 Poles including all channels/X-Arms/Clamps etc (i) Single supports
59	Wrapping of barbed wire on 33 KV PCC Poles/SP-55 ST & SP-72 ST Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9 Mtr., wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75 Mtr. from the ground complete with supply and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S. Flat 40×5mm complete with nuts & bolts & all other required material.
60	Numbering of each supports by preparing background with dark yellow paint in the size of 150mm dia and writing support number 100mm high with black paint.
