| 2 | ARRIVAL CAROUSEL Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of heavy duty endless slat type Arrival Carousel Baggage handling system having nominal useful width of 950 mm having rubber slats black in colour with smooth top of PVC/PU/Rubber, Antistatic, flame retardant, height of 450 mm from finished floor level and speed of 24-30 meter per minute. The Carousel shall have die cast aluminium chain block friction type, suitable capacity drive unit complete with overlapping slats, finished chain track, unit frame work tension adjustment device, stainless steel side covering (inner & outer) in the passenger area as well as in non-passenger area, toe kick plate at inner & outer sides, infill, rubber slat of suitable dimension with MS slat support having live loading capacity of 35 Kg per linear meter, all accessories including cutting and drilling of holes, testing and commissioning etc complete as required as per attached technical specifications and site requirements. | 4 | INCOMER:415 Volts, TPN, MCCB with breaking capacity of 25 KA (Ics=100% Icu) with over load & short circuit protection. The rating of the MCCB shall be so selected that only about 80% of its full current carrying is utilized for meeting the requirement of the specific application. Protections : i) Single Phase protection ii) Phase reversal protection iii) Under voltage protection. Indication lamps (LED type) for R, Y, B and Power "ON" with suitable rating protection MCBs. Metering : a) Digital type Ammeter of required range with selector switch & required nos and ratings of current Transformers. b) Digital type Voltmeter with selector switch and protection MCB. Required Surge protection device (70 KA minimum with Neutral protection) OUTGOINGS: i) For Motor :Two/Four pole MPCB of suitable current rating & breaking capacity of 10 KA (min) and Soft starter for each conveyor motor.
