    Outsourcing Of Operation Of Various Electro-Mechanical Services At Cto Building, Telephone House, Rajbhavan Road, Bengaluru For One Year; 1 Cto Building 2 Providing Necessary Arrangement For Operating The Various Electromechanical Services Like Pumps Sets, Dg Sets, Lifts ( During Emergency As And When Required ) , Electrical Installations, Compound Lights, Ac Units, Etc At Cto Building ( New & Old ) , Switching On / Off, Load Change Over As And When Required, And Maintaining Log Books For Transformer Sub Station And Dg Sets.Attending Day To Day Minor Electrical Faults I / C Replacement Of Lamps, Tubes, Mcbs, Switches Etc., Keeping The 11Kv Yard Clean, Coordinating With Amc Vendors In Case Of Lift / Dg Faults, Coordination And Assisting Bescom In Case Of 11Kv Supply Faults As Per Specifications / Conditions Of Contract & As Per The Details Given In Relevant Sections From 9.30 Am To 6.00 Pm Including Sundays & Holidays & During Emergency, The Services May Be Made Available Off The Above Said Timings Also ( 24X7 ) , Complete As Required. ( Materials For Maintenance & Specialized Manpower For Major Faults Not Included ) Excluding 2Nd, 3Rd & 4Th Floor Rented Out.Note:1 ) The Comprehensive Maintenance Of Pumps , Lift & Dg Is Not Part Of This Contract, Only Contacting Specilized Lift Maintenance Firm In Case Of Breakdown / Defect.
