3Painting with Two or more coats on new work with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeover and including a priming of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work for pipes 200mm and above:
4Providing & Wrapping/coating of GI/MS pipe of all dia with 3mm thick tar based (corrosion protection tape) pipe coating tape of pypkote or approved make as directed by EIC.The job includes application of pipe coating and spiral Wrapping (wrapping should have appropriate overlap) and then making final bonding of tape by blowing hot air etc. Complete as per ASTM standards for corrosionprotection of pipes.
5Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work
6chillerre-insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density,thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘O’insulation applied by suitable rubber based adhesive complete (32mm thick nitrile rubber insulation

12Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etcNote:The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S.
