Bids Are Invited For Work Consists Of Carrying Out Valuation Of Ireda Loan Portfolio Assets ( Detailed List As Per Annexure 5 ) For Determining Its Fair Market, Realizable Value, And Distress Sale Value. The Asset Valuer Is To Carry Out Valuation Of Land & Buildings Plant & Machinery Including Cwip ( Capital Work In Progress ) , Inventory, Financial Assets Where Applicable And Other Such Assets Which Are Financed By Ireda / Are Available To Ireda As Guarantee / Collaterals On An “As Is Where Is Basis”. In Estimating The Market / Realizable Value For The Above Assets, The Valuers Shall Valuers Will Be Required To Submit A Valuation Report In Line With Scope Of Work And Covering The Following.
