Quantity of ash generation based on any fuel used. 1.Bagasse + slop- 30 ton per day 2.Rice husk + slop – 36 ton per day 3.Coal + slop – 42 ton per day & its ground floor area, Air Pre-heater hoppers & its ground floor area, ESP hoppers & its ground floor area and around the all Ash Belt Conveyors, Ash Screw Conveyors, ID Fans, FD Fans, SA Fans, surrounding area of RO Plant Feed Pumps at 20 TPH Boiler.Loading of ash will be done directly from Ash Silo in Tractor Trolley.The quantity of ash will be 2 to 3 Ton per hr. approx.Cleaningits surroundings for the Ethanol Supply Year -2023-24 (from1stNov 2023 to 31stOctober 2024).
