Dismantling of existing6.6 KV HT Single Panel of BieccomakeOCB partby part verycarefullytoavoidany damages. As per direction by EIC.

Throughservicingand overhauling the6.6 KV 400AHT OCB afterdismentling of all thecomponents bothelectrical and mechanical portion & cleaning thesame partby partafterscarpingcarbonPrecipitationincluding washing thesame by carbontetrachloridesolution properly to de-moisturised forraise IP valueincluding checkingall thecontact assemblyinsideof OCB including checkingtimeto timeby HT meggerforbetter resultofIR Value as required and re-assembling all thecomponentsproperly as per direction byE.I.C. The belowmention worksshouldbe executeforservicingtheOCB:-1. Cleaningof Oil CircuitBreakerwithCRC-2262. removalof old grease and re-greasingthesame withrecommended grease.3. Check condition of SIC Contact .4. Checkingcondition and alignment of jawContact .5. Checkingand propertightning of hardware parts.6.Checkingproperclosingof all polestogether.7. Checkingof breakertripping through pushbutton.8. Checkingand adjustinggap between hylamsheetand side plate.9. Checkingmotor operation in case ofEDO.10. Checkingof auxilliary contacts continuityproperchangeover.11. Checkingpresenceof all circlips.12. CheckingIR between phase-phase (OCB closedcondition).13. CheckingIR between phase-earth (OCB closedcondition).14. Checking IR betweenphase-earth(OCB in Open condition).

Makingtestingarrangementof different earthfaultrelayand overcurrent relay of the6.6 KV HT 1-Panel(Bieccomake)by injecting necessaryprimary current complete with relay settingas per direction of EIC.

Supply of New Transformer Oil for existing 350 KVA Transformer and 1- Panel6.6 KV HT OCB if required.as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of R - Y - B Phase Indication LED lamp in existingHT OCB 1-panel (6.6 KV) if required on basis of site condition & direction by EIC.

Supply & fixing of 6 KV, 3.15A HT fuse for6 KV/110V PT if required on basis of site condition & direction by EIC.

Supply & fixing of Ammeter & Voltmeter in place of defect Ammeter & Voltmeter in existingHT OCB 1-panel (6.6 KV) if required on basis of site condition & direction by EIC.

Servicing and checking of LT panel with cleaning of carbon layer, rust and properly tightening the terminal with greasing, also changing the diffective panel parts as per instruction by EIC. The LT panel has existing the following parts - 630 A ACB - as incomming, 250 A MCCB - as outgoing of 5 nos, 100 A MCCB - as outgoing of 5 nos and auxiliary parts etc.
