The job also include the laying of existing cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc. i/c watch and ward, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles. | 18 | LT Panel at SPSLT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection. Each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminium. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire, size 1000x1000x350 mm.
