Work For Preventive Maintenance Of 33 / 11 Kv Sub-Station Nai Bazar ( 5+10Mva ) , Chhatideeh ( 8+10Mva ) , Tandawa ( 5+8Mva ) And Line In The Area Of Sdo-Nai Bazar, Under Edd-I, Jaunpur.- 1 Cleaning of switchyard removal of weeds and spray of weed destroying chemical to prevent the growth of new weeds. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor) 2 Cleaning and Tightening of all hot points of 33 KV and 11 KV Joints in switchyard of Sub-station and replacement of PG clamp where necessary. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor) 3 Checking of Earthing of power Transformer, Checking of damaged earthing strip of exiting size and re-boring of damaged earthing if required wherever necessary. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor) 4 Checking of Breather assembally of power Transformer, Replacement of Silika gel , ensuring oil in bottam cup of breater assembaly , Topup of TF oil in power TF where required. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor) 5 Checking and realignment of Isolater assembally, Jow bleds and contacts connectors of power Transformer(Line site and breker site) and replacement of wornout Jaw bleds and contacts where required. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor) 6 Overhauling of 11 KV & 33KV VCB (Wherever required)cleaning and checking of contacts/ replacement of contacts wherever required, cleaning and gracing of closing makenizem, replacement of triping coils if required and testing the VCB to ensure the smooth operation. Replacement of CT if Requred(CT Provided by deppt.) 7 Cleaning of complete bus bar, tightening of all the connectors and joints, checking and tightening of spouts and conducting all the neccessry work to ensure sthrenghing of bus-bar. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor) 8 Errection of pole (PCC/ST) to maintain the proper hight of conductor at road crossing etc. (All the necessary materials required to complete the work shall be provide by contractor)
