The Less / Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-above shall be deemed firm irrepective of calculations/ amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTES : (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix "A" to Notice of e-Tender. (ii) The supplementary rates given in tender shall be treated as "At Par" with SSR and quoted percentage shall also be applicable on supplementary rates. |
