Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors inside bathing area around the four sides of Nalatheertham including dressing complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 sqm).
