Replacement of IDF meters including digital photograph of meter clearly covering its reading. Replaced meter will be installed outside premises and sealing certificate must be handed over the consumers on spot. Old meter safely will be sealed a within marcin bag in front of consumers & will be handed over the J.E.(Meter) (Electricity Test Division, Balrampur) If Meter is found ok at site the firm will be given SIR to JE(Meter)(EDD-Tulsipur).
