    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Supply Of Btm Conesep, 1400Idx1735od, 100 Mm Th, Msrl---1) Vendor shall supply new bottom Conesep & the old damaged Conesep shall be taken back by the vendor. New Conesep shall be on replacement basis. The cost of transportation of old Conesep will be in the scope of vendor only. 2) Erection & commissioning of new bottom Conesep in vessel will be carried out by NTPC in supervision of agencys representative. Agency shall deploy its personnel at site for supervision works. 3) Vendor shall submit along with material, as applicable: a. Raw Material TC for chemical composition and Mechanical properties b. Dimensional Report c. TC/Inspection Report(IR) for DPT of machined areas and fillet welds d. TC/IR of NDE of butt welds e. IR of water fill test and descaling of internal and external surfaces of tank f. IR of shore hardness, spark test, thickness and adhesion test for rubber lining 4) Material should have proper fitment and interchangeability 5) Warranty/Guarantee: 18 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of installation whichever occurs earlier. ( Q3 ) Total Quantity : 2
