| 2 | Providing Installation testing of earth electrode pipe in the strip terminal tipe chemical earthing proper hot deep galvanized. Dia 50 MM length 3 meter down conductor size 32x6 terminal connection hole dia 8mm.The cavity between the strip & pipes is filled with conductive mixture for hermetical filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly it is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum powder, conductive carbon/cement and bonding material etched electrode should be sealed from both the ends the outer pipe of the electrode should be zinc coated the characteristics of this compound is highly conductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in the GI supply of PGS backfill compound each electrode should be supplied with bags of 25 KG x 2 BFC compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested.The work carried out in division EDD-III as per following no of DT T/F. (i) 250 KVA T/F-143 No (ii)400KVA T/F -52 No. (iii) 630 KVA T/F -09 No. (iv)1000 KVA T/F - 05 No.209 No. |
