All interconnection between the main bus bar as well as outgoind feeders shall be carried out with TP copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 time rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders and should be insulated with colour coded shrinkable PVC sleeves.The MCCB should be adjustable type.The body of the panel shall be powder coated .Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift panel safely shall be made.The incommer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN extension links (not less than 300 mm long) of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders and should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves.All control wires shall be of 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor (FR) and shall be properly bunched, tied,ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. 19Supply and fixing of earthing complete with galvanised steel steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below nominal ground level connected to galvanised strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point and testing on completion. all as specified and as directed.
