The Outdoor Units Shall Be Suitable For 3 Phase 4 Wire System, 415 V+10%, 50Hz Ac & Indoor Units Shall Be Suitable For Single Phase 3 Wire System, 220V+10%, 50Hz Ac Supply. 3 Outdoor Units ( Odu ) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Of Modular Type Outdoor Units Equipped With Highly Efficient Scroll Compressors ( Oem Manufactured ) Fully Controlled I.E. Name of Work:SPL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF AC PLANT OF COLD STORAGE ROOM AGAINST BER AT 37 AMSD UNDER GE (UTILITIES) UDHAMPUR

1	Dismantling of existing AC Plant of capacity 7.5 ton & 5.0 Ton including 2 x 7.5 TR & 2 x 5.0 TR Compressor, AHUs, water pump sets, cooling towers, ducting, electrical panel and depositing the same in MES store yard and making good surface as it is for installation of new plant, complete all as specified and as directed.
2	Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of cold storage plant air cooled type suitable for Cooling by Scroll compressor with indoor and outdoor units with individual wired or wireless remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas as per OEM recommendation & oil, internal control cabling and fittings and Outdoor unit connecting kit etc as per details given in specifications and having following items. The outdoor units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 V+10%, 50Hz AC & indoor units shall be suitable for single phase 3 wire system, 220V+10%, 50Hz AC supply.
3	Outdoor Units (ODU) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient Scroll compressors (OEM manufactured) fully controlled i.e. change, special heat exchanger, low noise condenserfan & including full Controll panel (under & over voltage, Single phase preventer, Reverse phase sequence) factory fitted, powder coating complete as per specifications, Outdoor units shall be provided with MS stand of suitable size duly painted with corrosion resistant paint suitable for outdoor application, outdoor unit shall be one working and one standy and interconnect as running in 6 hrs cycle one by one automatically. The units shall be in combination of one compressor on standard operating conditions i.e on 45 Deg C Ambient and the units shall be suitable to operate upto 52 Deg C ambient conditions. All the units shall be provided with built in microprocessor or control panel for automatic operation and capacity control, which should be air cool. It is mandatory that each compressor shall have Scroll compressor. Following capacities of ODUS are at standard operating condition as defined above and Vendor to indicate COP at 100% load in the data sheets/ shop drawings:
4	7.5 TR outdoor unit for cold room: The outdoor unit is specified as the following specification:- (a) INSIDE DESIGN CONDITION 2.0-8.0 DEG C +/- 1 DEG. C (b) Pressure testing throught air compressor unit & Gas charging as per OEM recommendation. (c) 7.5 TR units should have inbuilt Suction Accumulater, Oil Seperator, Receiver tank min. 12 Litres (d) Heat exhange of ODU shall be as per OEM recommendation.
5	5 TR outdoor unit for cold room: The outdoor unit is specified as the following specification:- (a) INSIDE DESIGN CONDITION 14-24.0 DEG C +/-1 DEG C (b) Pressure testing throught air compressor unit & Gas charging as per OEM recommendation (c) 5 TR units should have inbuilt Suction Accumulater Oil Seperator, Receiver tank min 12 Litrs (d) Heat exhange of ODU shall be as per OEM recommendation.
6	Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Ceiling suspended evaporator unit of capacity 7.5 TR having uniform air flow min 3 nos fans with fan dia, 450 mm min. Air volume of machine min 15000 CMH, suitable for above ODU to operate, monitor ON/OFF temperature setting etc. The remote controller shall be wall mounting complete as per OEM recommendation.
7	Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Celling suspended evaporator unit of capacity 5.0 TR having uniform air flow min 3 nos. fans with fan dia 400 mm min Air volume of machine min 12000 CMH. suitable for above ODU to operate, monitor, ON/OFF, temperature setting etc. The remote controller shall be wall mounting complete as per OEM recommendation.
8	Note:- For Item No. 1.00 to 4.00 (a) Contractor shall take all site requirements into consideration and include cost of all miscellaneous items which are essential and required for entire completion of work in their quoted rates which are not specifically mentioned in Schedule ‘A’ and in Particular specifications. All items which are required for completion of works of cold storage air type AC plant are deemed to be included in the unit rates. (b) All civil work required such as making opening in brick wall for cable, pipe drain, fresh air intake and making good after dismaintaling of existing plant shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. (c) Complete layout/ Schematic drawing of proposed plan along with required size of pipe shall be designed by OEM recommendations. The same will be submitted to the GE for approval within two week from date of commencement of work.
9	Supply, Installation testing & commissioning of refrigerant copper piping insulated with 19 mm/13mm thick Nitrile rubber of following sizes between outdoor unit to indoor units hard drawn/soft drawn copper pipe as per manufacture recommendations as per the specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (a) Cable/pipe tray for hanging pipe on wall shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the Contractor. (b) Taking down and refixing of false ceiling for fixing of copper tubing on wall/ceiling shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the Contractor whenever additional requirement of false ceiling it will be measured & paid seperately in respective item. (c) The vender shall accept the accepted rate as per the actual measured quantities. The size of refigerant pipes shown below are tentative.

15	Supply and laying of 4C x 25 Sq.mm XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, tape PVC inner sheathed, round armored aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1kV grade as per lS-7098 complete at as specified and as directed.
16	Supply and lay DWC Pipe ( Double wall corruguated) confirming to IS: 14930(Part-II) along with necessary Snap fit Coupler for interconnection Suitable for LT/HT Cable of size 4cx25sq.mm (77X63 mm as diameter) complete all as specified & directed.
17	Supply and laying SITC of cabling work between outdoor & indoor units of 4C x 2.5sq mm copper cable including PVC Conduit as ISI mark, elbow, saddle with all fittings & laying on surface of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and all as directed.
18	Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure Single pole & neutral with 2 pin and earth plug and socket 20Amps,240V complete with one single pole MCB of any cap from 5 to 32 Amps of breaking capacity 10KA, complete all as specified and as directed.
19	Sub main wiring with two runs of 6 Sqmm ( 2x6 sqmm ) 1100 volts grade single core FRLSPVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694 drawn through and including non-metalic PVC rigid conduit 25mm dia ISI marked with all conduit accessories mounting on suface of walls /roofs / ceilingetc with one run of 4 Sqmm (1x4sqmm ) single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathedcopper conductor cable as earth wire, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 runs of 6 Sqmm (2x6sqmm ) ,one run of 4 Sqmm (1x4 sqmm ) cable and one metre of conduit will be measured as one unit.
20	M&L for earthing complete withGalvanized earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and covered with alternate compact layer of comen salt and charcol dust, connected to Galvanized earth strip of size 25x4mmas earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of Copperearth lead including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 RCC covermade out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle andangle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed. Note:On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
21	Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and all as directed.
22	Supply and fix of LT panel outdoor type weather proof panel floor mounted on 60cm long legs made out of 40x40x6mm angle made of complete CRCA sheet on 3.15mm dust and vermin proof duly powder coated and wired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have gotany one of the panel tested at CPRI earlier and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel. The panel shall be comprising of following accessories:- Incoming a) Onload Change over 200 Amp-01 Nos. b) MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole with abjustable-01 No c) Phase sequence corrector with contactor of size 160 Amp-01 Outgoing (a) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole with abjustable-04 No. (b) Copper bus bar 4 strip as per 300 Amp rating.
