Moving Tip Big-10 Nos., steam carrier Assembly with nut Bolt & Washer-12 Nos. over load in copper-3 coil, Lever spring-2 Nos., PVC Bush-12 Nos. Greasing on mechanical parts for smooth operation, replacement of hardware’s spring & repairing of level assembly. Replacement of thimble & making cable connection.

Replacement of copper wound 1 coil transformer with e core coilin 50%, 65% & 80% tapping mounted on MS angleBase frame heavy dutysuitable up to 150 HP.

Changing and filling of new Transformer oil 120 Liter in ATS up to required level

Replacement of copper flexible cable 50sq mm single core

Testing and commissioning of the ATS after repairing with relevant IS as follow:- Check equipment specification - Continuity and ear thing - Meggaring of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
