| 4 | Supply only integral water proofing compound, as directed by E-I-C before use in the work. Make - STP, IWL, Dr. Fixit or equivalent. Test Certificate WPC is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should confirm to clause No. 4.8 of MES SSR 2009 Part-1. |
| 5 | M&L for APP modified membrane water proofing treatment on the roof slab as specified. (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign material & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface apply a uniform coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 liter/sqm till the surface properly impregnated. (c) On this primed surface, applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.25kg/sqm over the entire surfaces and then providing a layer of App based of polymeric membrane (Make-STP/IWL or equivalent ) weighing 3.0 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick. (d) After laying APP membrane , applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/sqm. (e) The overlap between membrane joints shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction. (f) Top most layer of surface finish shall be with EMA paint @ 0.50kg/sqm. (g) Test Certificate of Cement and APP membrane is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should confirm to clause No. 11.43 and their sub clause of MES SSR 2009 Part-1. |
| 6 | Supply & fixing rough cast wired glass exe. 1.00 sqm but n.exe. 1.50 sqm, 6.40mmthick and glazing with oil putty in square for north light glass all as per specifications and as directed by E-I-C. |
| 7 | Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern),including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning and refixing complete with all fitting or removal to store, all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. |
| 8 | S&F, 150 mm dia. cast iron rainwater socketed pipes with cement joints, with ears all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. |
| 9 | M&L, 150 mm dia of cast iron shoes of rain water pipes with cement joints fixed to wall all as directed by E-I-C. |
| 10 | Cutting Holes for clamp fixing etc. in brick walls built in cement mortar superficial area n. exe. 150.00 sqcm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, as required, all as per specification and all as directed by E-I-C. |
| 11 | S&F, Bonds, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes including bolts, if required hooks (stay), clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165 all as directed by E-I-C. |
| 12 | Trimming of tree branches over hanging over roofs etc. including shifting of debris/ branches etc. at suitable place or as directed. |
| 13 | Removal of rubbish, debris, rocks, demolished building materials or excavated material etc. to a distance exe. 1.50 Km but not exe. 5.00km and depositing where directed at level n.exe. 1.50mabove the starting point complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. |
