| 1 | Repairs to 115 TR chiller plant of Blue star make installed at AC plant of GMCH, Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical connections and holding the butterfly valves of chiller pipe line. Job includes disconnecting of burnt/damaged motherboard with display-Rev11.1 of MCS Magnum make.Job includes providing and fitting of new motherboard with display of same make or equivalent, connecting all sensor and relay terminals. Motherboard should be compatible to connect with PC and onsite uploading of softwares & programs. As per the heat load the motherboard should be able to control and regulate the operation of screw compressor, multiple liquid lines, solenoids, electronic expansion valves (EXVs), liquid injection and economizers. Motherboard should be able to read & process the digital signals of sensors of in & out chilled water temperature/ in & out temperature of condenser water/ refrigerant high pressure/refrigerant low pressure/suction pressure/ discharge pressure/compressor motor amp/overload/under load/ flow switch of condenser line & chiller line/etc. The motherboard should be able to save history data. Job includes providing & fitting of in & out temperature sensors of condenser line. Job includes providing & fitting of oil heaters-02Nos in place of burnt ones.Job includes leak testing of the chiller plant then plugging the leakages with the help of copper brazing/replacement of leaked nipples etc and then charging the compressor with refrigerant-35Kg (approx.). Making electric connections and testing of chiller plant on no load & on full load. Complete job includes, cost of material, warranty, carriage, service charges, taxes etc and allied works up to testing. |
