The Trimmed Sequencing Data Must Be 80Gb ( 20X ) Or Above The Lentil Reference Genome ( Genome Size, 4Gb ) ; Assembling Andpairwise Comparison With The Reference Genome; Snp Calling:Snps And Indels Are To Be Detected Using Soap Snp Andsoap Indel, Respectively. Snp Annotation ( Including Synonymousand Non-Synonymous Snp Mutations ) And Indelannotation Must Be Performed According To The Lens Culinarisreference Genome With The Assigned Linkage Group. Free Pick Up Of Samples In Dry Ice From Bckv Must Be Assured In The Quotation.
