    Tender Details

    Tender For Providing Repairing Of Beml - G – 13792 (Dozer Bd-50) Removal and opening the radiator assembly, removing the old core & soldering. New core welding, top and bottom with side supporting mounting brackets. Fitting the water line rubber hose. (labor charges only) 3) Hydraulic cylinder removal, overhauling with replacement of seal kit, testing & re-fitting of assembly. (labor charges only) Removing the existing fuel main pipe and replacing with the new fuel main pipe. Replace fuel tank cock. Only Labor charges Removal of Universal Joint assembly, Replacement with new and testing. (labor charges only) Removal of old Hour meter cable, replacement with new and testing. (labor charges only) Removal of old Accelerator cable, replacement with new and testing changing. (labor charges only) Removal of 2 no. of oil filters, Diesel filter, Air filter, tapped breather filer elements upper & lower sink plates. Replacement with new with application of anti corrosion chemical & sealing ring as preventive maintenance changing every after 500 hours. (labor charges only) Changing of engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil & greasing the machine with testing & trial of the machine. (Lubricants to be supplied by us.) (labor charges only) Removing the existing water pump & idler jokey pully with idler shaft. Replace with new water pump assembly with idler jockey pully complete. Replacement of 2 No. Engine belt of Japan make. labor charges only) Dismantling the break bend assembly, providing the new break liners with riveting & fitting the same with return springs, testing. ( labor charges only) etc.,
